This Privacy Policy defines the rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided by users in connection with their use of the services offered by the Hotel Zorza website (hereinafter: the Website).

The Controller collects information about users and their behavior through voluntary submission of data in forms, for the following purposes: a. responding to user inquiries submitted through the contact form, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, b. accepting reservations through the online booking system, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, c. performing services provided by the Controller, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, d. marketing, including sending commercial information to an email address if the client has consented to this by ticking the appropriate box during the booking process, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent for marketing purposes and for sending commercial information may be withdrawn at any time by clicking the appropriate link in the received message or by sending a request to the Controller’s email address, e. pursuing the legitimate interests of the Controller in specific cases, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, e.g., debt collection.
