  1. This Privacy Policy defines the rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided by users in connection with their use of the services offered by the Hotel Zorza website (hereinafter: the Website).

To ensure the security of personal data entrusted to us, the Controller operates based on internal procedures and recommendations in accordance with the relevant legal acts on personal data protection, in particular with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).
  4. The Controller takes particular care to protect the interests of data subjects and ensures that personal data are:
    a. processed lawfully,
    b. collected for specified, legitimate purposes and not further processed in a way incompatible with those purposes,
    c. factually correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed,

    a. responding to user inquiries submitted through the contact form, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
    b. accepting reservations through the online booking system, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
    c. performing services provided by the Controller, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
    d. marketing, including sending commercial information to an email address if the client has consented to this by ticking the appropriate box during the booking process, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent for marketing purposes and for sending commercial information may be withdrawn at any time by clicking the appropriate link in the received message or by sending a request to the Controller’s email address,
    e. pursuing the legitimate interests of the Controller in specific cases, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, e.g., debt collection.
  6. Upon the first visit to the Hotel Zorza website, the user is informed about the use of cookies. Remaining on the site means acceptance of the use of cookies on the website. Failure to change the browser settings on the part of the user is equivalent to consent to the use of cookies.
