Hotel “ZORZA” in Kołobrzeg
The management and staff of Hotel Zorza kindly ask for your cooperation in following these regulations, which are intended to ensure a peaceful and safe stay for all our Guests.

1. Hotel ZORZA in Kołobrzeg provides paid hotel services.
2. Rooms are rented by the hotel day. The hotel day lasts from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until 11:00 AM on the following day.
3. Guests are required to check in at Reception in accordance with the Act on Population Records and Identity Cards of April 10, 1974, with later amendments.
4. All payments for hotel services are collected at Reception, which issues a receipt or invoice for the transaction.
5. The receptionist may request full payment for the stay upon arrival.
6. Guests wishing to extend their stay beyond the period booked should notify Reception by 9:00 AM on the day the stay is due to end. The hotel will accommodate such requests if possible.
7. Staying in the room after 11:00 AM is treated as an extension of stay. If the room is vacated before 6:00 PM, a half-day rate will apply.

1. Guests may not transfer their room to other persons, even during the period for which it has been rented.
2. Visitors who are not registered hotel guests may stay in rooms between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
Staying in the room after 10:00 PM will be considered as agreeing to register and pay for an additional guest according to current hotel rates.
3. The hotel may refuse to accommodate a guest who has previously violated hotel rules or caused damage to hotel property.

1. Hotel ZORZA provides services in accordance with its category and standard.
2. The hotel is obliged to:
a) Ensure appropriate conditions for guests to rest.
b) Respond immediately to any comments or complaints concerning service quality, equipment operation, cleanliness, or order.

3. The hotel provides the following complimentary services:

  • Wake-up calls at a specified time.
  • Change of towels after every third hotel day (on request, additional changes are subject to an extra fee).
  • Change of bed linen after every seventh hotel day (on request, additional changes are subject to an extra fee).
  • Iron and ironing board rental.
  • Children’s playroom – the key is available at Reception upon presentation of the room card.
4. The hotel provides the following complimentary services:

1. Hotel ZORZA is not responsible for the loss of money, securities, valuables, or other valuable items left in rooms or common areas.

1. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all hotel rooms and indoor areas, except for designated outdoor smoking areas. A fee of 500 PLN will be charged for violating this rule. An unjustified call to the Fire Department will incur a 2,000 PLN fee.

1. For fire safety reasons, the use of electric heaters, cookers, or other similar devices in rooms is prohibited.
This does not apply to chargers and power supplies for electronic or computer devices.
2. Guests are fully financially responsible for any damage or destruction of hotel property caused by them or their visitors.
3. In case of loss or damage to the room key card, the guest must immediately report it to Reception and pay a 50 PLN replacement fee.
4. Personal belongings left in the room after departure will be sent to the guest’s indicated address at their expense.
If no instructions are provided, the hotel will store items for three months from the departure date.
